Hello

My name is Jade.

I help anxious adults and individuals with trauma find their way back to their authentic selves so that they can sustain a life of peace and joy.

Let me tell you why I should be your therapist…

My Story

My role is to provide unconditional, affirming support throughout your therapy journey. I believe therapy works best when you are active in the process, and we work collaboratively to identify goals that feel meaningful and true to you. I bring genuineness, compassion, and at times a sense of humor into sessions, creating a space where you can show up fully as yourself.

I have supported individuals through major life transitions while helping them stay grounded in their values and identity. My work often includes helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, and questions of identity, belonging, and self-acceptance. I am especially passionate about serving the LGBTQIA+ community and offering affirming, inclusive care where clients feel seen, respected, and safe.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy video games, playing bass guitar, graphic design, reading, meditation, and podcasts. I share my home with an orange cat named Pumpkin.

In a culture that often values self-reliance above all else, asking for help can feel vulnerable and intimidating. If you’re here, I want to acknowledge the courage it took to take this step. Whether you’re looking to make meaningful changes or simply explore your inner world with more curiosity and compassion, it would be an honor to support you in that process.

Horn Counseling

Our Therapy Intake Process

01. Using the button below, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation. Then, our admin team will confirm the details and email you a short questionnaire to complete.

02. One of our therapists will reach out to you at the scheduled time for the video consultation to learn more about your therapy goals and answer all your questions about the therapy process.

03. Assuming the therapist is a good fit and both parties want to work together, we’ll schedule the first intake session and go from there. If, for some reason, Horn Counseling doesn’t have a therapist that is a good fit for your therapy goals, we want to help you find a therapist that is.
