Navigating Adult ADHD Group
You’re not lazy. You’re not flaky. You’re not alone.
If you’re an adult with ADHD, you’ve probably spent years trying to get your act together, only to feel like you’re still behind. The chaos, the forgetfulness, the mental clutter... It’s exhausting. And the worst part? The shame that follows.
But what if the way your brain works isn’t the problem?
Welcome to a different approach to ADHD.
Navigating Adult ADHD group is a twice-monthly, in-person therapy group designed for adults who are ready to reframe how they see their brains—and their lives. Designed by therapists who also live with ADHD, this group focuses on real tools, real talk, and real connection.
You’ll learn to:
Quiet the shame spiral
Create systems that actually work for your brain
Spot your strengths (they’re there—promise!)
Find community with people who get it
Who it’s for:
Adults who suspect or know they have ADHD. No diagnosis required—just self-awareness and a willingness to grow.
When & Where:
In-person, twice a month
The group is ongoing, giving you space to grow at your own pace—no rush, no pressure, just steady progress.
New topics and tools are introduced each session.
This isn’t about “mastering” ADHD.
It’s about learning to work with your brain instead of against it.
